10 Things to Do in December

NIFB has a decent article about 6 Things a Small Business Owner Should Do Before Dec. 31

I would add 4:

1. Talk to your Top 5 Customers. Either invite them to a Networking Holiday Party or have a private one of your own to find out their plans and how you can help them more in 2011.

2. Set your Goals for 2011. Review your 2010 Goals. Next Wed., December 8, 2010 at Noon Eastern Goal Setting and Sales Planning 2011 webinar. Register here!

3. Sales Performance Review of your team that includes going over wins, losses and improvement. This is the beginning of your Sales Planning for 2011.

4. Talk to a few prospective strategic partners about ways to work together in 2011. Data backup, cloud, Manged services, PC support, or VAR's as a sales force - just a few ideas.
