Cingular and Millions vanishing

After the fast-tracked merger of at&t and BST, Cingular will be replaced by at&t wireless. In the same move, Cingular will be throwing away $120M in advertising revenue over the last 2 years to push the Cingular brand. So we will probably see another $100M in ad spending for the new, old at&t wireless, which Cingular bought in 2004. Could pay for lots of health benefits for retirees and employees with that money.
