Broadband Numbers 2012

DSLPrime has the subscriber numbers for broadband here in 3Q2012. While the RBOCs both lost subs, they raised prices to offset the revenue. The cable guys added 574,782 - while the telcos Net Adds were just 4,739!!!!

Of the 80,751,459 broadband subscribers, 46,233,608 are with cable and 34,517,851 are with the top 7 telcos (RBOC, C-Link, Fairpoint, Frontier, WIND and ending with CinBell).

And these numbers are numbers happen despite data caps, metering and other BS.
