This is a great read about the wireless spectrum industry. DISH owns some spectrum that is trying to use for wireless broadband. They are in a timed battle with the FCC over the use of that spectrum. The FCC has 4 winners - T-Mobile/MetroPCS, Sprint, ATT and VZW. Read the article.
