I have not had a chance to parse the FCC's National broadband Plan yet. But many people have including this decent review by BBR: What You Need To Know About The National Broadband Plan.
It will likely be ineffective because no one is mad about it. If people have apathy about your plan, then it won't work. It has to be polarizing. This new FCC under Julius is disappointing me. Take a freaking stand already!
