Vonage at the dollar store
Vonage's stock is below $1 after being hit with 2 courtroom losses. The court is recalculating damages to VZ as well as halting use of the VZ patents by Vonage. Another court ruled that Vonage was infringing on 7 patents from Sprint. That will cost them $69.5M and 5% royalties.
While Vonage has the cash to pay the $69.5 + $58M, it does not have a 10% margin to pay the telcos. (Of course, Vonage could add a 10% surcharge on to the bill).
