Rural LEC's Fight Back Against RBOC's

Rural ILECs especially in Iowa have grown tired of the fabrications that the RBOC's press machines produce. AT&T was saying that the Conference calling would cost them $250 Million, but th edisputed charges for 7 RLEC's for 6 months of billing is $20M. I guess the other $200M is in lost conferencing services, since RBOC's have some of the highest per minute rates. In fact, many conferencing services do it at flat rates.
