Backup - the newest Box (dot net)

First there was the tape drive. Then there was the zip drive. Then the CD-R. All of this was fine for MB's of data, but today we use GB's of data (for media files mainly). The DVD-R is fine for 4GB, and tape is available, but now there's external hard drive, like Maxtor's 500GB drive. Online data back-up services are available. The next-gen will be stuff like Amazon S3. Maybe even something like the Box.net with it's free 1GB of storage. What are you offering your customers? You can't just be doing connectivity... you need to be offering your customers help in dealing with the online world, technology, regulation, and data management. (Before Dell beats you top it).
