VOIP Marketing by Level(3)

When the wholesaler or the hardware guy want to give advice on Marketing, I'm scared. Here's why? The 3 ideas for marketing:
  • Drive lower unit costs through scale;
  • offer apps like soft phones for higher revenue; and
  • bundle.

Wow! Other key points:

  • You need to offer more than just Primary Line replacemnt and LEC Parity
  • IVR, Social Networking, UM (unified messaging), Conferencing and e-commerce
  • Soft Phone is driving incremental revenue and is replacing calling cards
  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Make money - or don't do it. (DUH!)
