ISPCON: Customer Service Tips
First session this morning was on customer service tips. Customer service builds brand loyalty. It drives referrals and it lowers churn. You need to foster an environment of customer service. Most people, including your employees, have lots of examples of Bad customer service. Vision and training are essential. You need to define what customer service is. Engage your employees.
