Covad buying wireless vendors

Fierce VoIP writes: "Wired broadband vendor Covad looks like it's getting more and more interested in the wireless market. It paid about $1.4 million for the Chicago-based broadband wireless carrier DataFlo Communications. The purchase adds to Covad's wireless presence in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Orange County, and Las Vegas." Details of the transaction are here.
