Milpitas (almost) Lit
"The city has been working with Earthlink to install more than 300 WiFi radios, throughout the city to provide seamless WiFi to residents as well as public safety workers.
After a month of installation, 80 percent of the radios are installed. Earthlink projects the network will be up and running next month." ELN is looking for local ISPs to wholesale to off of the wireless network. "Jerry Grasso, Earthlink's director of communications, said the corporation benefits by allowing other Internet service providers to use the network and serve more customers."
