XO 2Q06

Phone+ mag: "XO Holdings Inc. this week reported 2Q06 revenue of $354.3M, down approximately $7.9M from the same quarter a year ago. The numbers marked a 1% increase from 1Q06. The company also recorded net losses of $36.1 million. That compares to net losses of $29.5 million for the second quarter of 2005. The numbers included revenue and losses from XO’s new fixed wireless division, NextLink Wireless Inc., which counted $200K in revenue for the first six months of 2006, with $100K coming in during the second quarter. XO did see a jump in revenue from its XOptions Flex VoIP services. The company went from $5.4M in sales during 1Q06 to $7.7M in 2Q06 quarter. Its revenue from wholesale VoIP services also increased to $7.1M in the second quarter, compared to $4.1 million in the previous quarter." SO --- up $1.7M ix XOptions plus $0.1M in wireless plus $3M in wholesale = $4.8M = 1.354% increase. All their money is in VoIP. Might as well dump the rest to pay off debt.
