Cellular Truth in Billing

The FCC lost in Appeal about overstepping its authority with states. States want cellular carriers to have more truth in billing - meaning less line items for fees that are not taxes or federally mandated. Oh, no. You mean they have to ask the state PSC to add that 911 recovery fee or the LNP fee?? The additional taxes and charges on a cellular bill can increease the bill by as much as 50%!
