FCC Investigates Bush Administration Use of Fake News

I don't know how accurate this account is but about.com and the Independent are saying that the FCC is investigating the Bush Administration's use of fake news. "Federal authorities are actively investigating dozens of American television stations for broadcasting items produced by the Bush administration and major corporations, and passing them off as normal news."
