- Microsoft, Dell & Intel are pressing the FCC to finish work on a 2-year-old technical proceeding that would allow new wireless devices to operate in unused television spectrum (white space).
- Virtual-NXX awaits a ruling versus the ISP Order Recently, Massachusetts had some issues with this, resulting in GNAP & Qwest having outages. Level3 withdrew its VNXX petition 3 days before it would have been passed due to time expiration (like VZ). (many comments).
- Inter-Carrier Compensation (Developing a Unified Intercarrier Compensation Regime, Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, 20 FCC Rcd 4685 (2005)).... not something even the mighty wizard can resolve without getting his hands dirty. Did someone say Recip Comp?
- USF Reform - may not be exclusively up to the FCC, but he needs to do something with it.

Issues Still Open at the FCC
While Harry Potter has time for Indecency, CALEA, and to talk with his 3 constituents (at&t, BST & VZ), the little BOC magician doesn't have time to rule on VZ's Forbearance petition nor a number of issues:
