AIM Phoneline goes to Broadwing

Although Level3 is behind the AOL TotalTalk platform, AOL chose Broadwing for its Phoneline project. Broadwing's PSTN Connect gives them DIDs in 50 markets plus origination/termination services to the PSTN via SIP. (Intrado is supplying their incomplete 911 service).
