Global Information Group vs. VZW

Comm Daily is reporting: "Verizon Wireless said it filed a lawsuit and got an immediate injunction against a Florida-based private investigative agency and its affiliates to stop them from "fraudulently" obtaining confidential information about carriers' customers. The civil suit filed Nov. 2 in Hillsborough County, Fla., circuit court charged that Global Information Group made "thousands of attempts" to obtain confidential information without proper authorization and used fraudulent "schemes" to do so.
