HP is giving a 20% discount for Cisco switches that you trade-in for HP hardware. (Details here and press release here).
Not to be left out, ADTRAN has a trade-in program as well. ADTRAN will take used ADTRAN, Cisco or some other brands hardware. (Flyer is here).
