Taking a Page from Wu

Windstream continues to add services for their customers. It does 2 things: increases ARPU and makes them sticky. When was the last time you added a new service?

Oh, wait, you want to do it all yourself but spend so much time working IN your business that you never get to those projects. Why not just partner with someone? You partner with the ILEC (and in some cases the cableco) for the most critical parts of your business.
