No one predicted it would happen so fast (or at a 60% permium). Everyone is analyzing the deal - as it affects Google, tech in general, Silivon Valley, start-ups, and advertising. Mainly, it is about Microsoft. Period. They have been unable to mount anything against Google, so now its time to buy some.
