Get Interactive with your Customers

Seth posts about a fast food joint in DC that will take a dollar off your bill if you beat the cashier in Rock-Paper-Scissors. Or Starbucks giving you a biscotti when you tell a funny joke. Both are great ways to get your employees interacting with your customers in a memorable way. Why not pick the customer of the day? Won't that surprise your customer.
