ATT vs ELN over CHI

AT&T partnered with MOTO on a bid for the muni wi-fi in Chicago. EarthLink is still working with Tropos on that RFP, even though ELN said it would not move forward with any more deployments until it figures out what it is doing. I feel sorry for CHI. They either pick the Death Star or they pick a company that may or may not be able to do it. [story]
