Susan Crawford on ISP's & CALEA

Susan Crawford is Assistant Professor of Law at Cardozo Law School, teaching cyberlaw and intellectual property law.She is also on ICANN. Her bio is here. In July of 2006, Susan blogged about CALEA for ISP's. The conclusion that Brett Glass made was that ISP's were subject to the FCC's CALEA order. Susan went through the logic and legal argument in her post. The conclusion:

That means that every ISP falls under CALEA, because it operates routers.
