On the WISPA list, there has been much talk about TV. If making money off VoIP is difficult, you have no idea how much more difficult it will be to offer TV. Content is expensive and tough. And unlike voip where people expect choppy, if you chop some of my TV, I will be angry!
It would easier and faster to be an agent (or work for an agent) of either DBS (DISH or DirecTV). Take the $250-300 for the install and move on. Not one bill? Help people use bill pay or e-bill with automatic payment to a credit card where they earn points. (You can get an affiliate deal with the credit card company - Discover quickly comes to mind).
