Shell Oil migrating to MS Office Communications

At VoiceCon, Dutch Shell Oil announced that it was moving all of its communications to Nortel Gateways at its 3 data centers connected to MS Office Communications Servers. [Source]. What?! UPenn is going with Asterisk. Whirlpool is using Avaya. These announcements must have LECs world wide worried. That's too many large businesses moving to VoIP. Also, colleges have been migrating from phone lines for the last 2 or 3 years, much to the consternation of the ILECs who were seeing juicy Centrex rates disappear.
