Managed Services to SMB

Companies with 3 to 25 employees simply cannot afford an IT person. But they are the ideal candidate for a Maintenance Agreement and Managed Service contracts. BellSouth and Verizon think so. VZ's latest insert in the small biz phone bill includes GoToMyPC Pro as well as "Comprehensive Desktop Protection" - the VZ internet Security Suite with anti-virus, firewall shielding, content management (filtering), anti-spyware, pop-up/ad blockers. You are probably offering something similar.... But do your clients know that?!
