BizJournal article, the increased need for filtering is examined. Obviously, filtering for parents is a great value-add. But businesses need filtering as well. Employees lose productivity by surfing the Web during the work day. If you could filter by time - so employees could surf at lunch or after work - that would be a bonus. But besides surfing porn, employers want shopping, IM, and job sites blocked. Managed services people -- helping people get the most out of the technology -- is where the money is.
