So what’s the plan?

How do you plan to stay connected? What’s your plan to create a program that will: (a) keep the customers you have, (b) turn prospects into customers, and (c) get your customers to promote you? Sales is a Process. It has steps. If you don't plan, how will you get there? (Hope is no more a strategy than lottery is a retirement plan).
