Can Popcorn Create Loyalty?

Jeffrey Gitomer writes about his local hardware store that offers free popcorn at the door. Free popcorn is their message to their customers that they want you to have an experience better than you would have in Home Depot or Lowe's. What is your message to your Customers that the experience will be better than cable or telco?

Today the market pies for TV, phone (cell/VoIP/landline), and Internet (dial-up or BB) are pretty much static. So you have to find a way to take customers from the competition. IN most cases, it will come down to price. If you have something Remarkable or a Story, then you have your popcorn.
