TW Cable to offer BIZ Phone Service

After capturing 1M consumer phone lines, TWC is fixing its sights on the business phone service. The biggest obstacle has been getting hunting (or roll-over) to work. I wonder if they will use the Z-Tel method of call forward busy, which means the second line caller ID will always show the caller as line 1.
