BellSouth into MDU

The recent launch of BellSouth Community Technologies division was showcased by the deal with Pulte homes. Now BCT is teaming with MDU Communications said they're teaming to deploy voice, data and DirecTV to multifamily residential markets in BellSouth territory. Under the pact, BellSouth and MDU said, they'll offer voice, broadband and DirecTV bundles designed for apartments, condos and other multi-dwelling unit (MDU) buildings. MDUC is an end-to-end DirecTV provider. Wonder how MDUC 7 DTV feel about this: “Initially, the video service is provided through DirecTV, but as we explore IPTV, we may make that transition as well, if that’s the direction we decide to go,” Jacobs said.
