An idea came to me when we were reviewing a VOIP provider's set-up fees. Many companies have setup fees that they never charge. It might be a tax thing. "We waived the set up with a coupon." Coupons are tax deductible as advertising expenses, I believe. Check with your tax expert and maybe start deducting those give-aways (like modems and installs).
