With Microsoft buying Groove, Collaboration software is all the rage. IP Dynamics offers a product called Your Portable Network to the ISP market (see article at http://www.isp-planet.com/equipment/2005/yourportablenetwork.html). "Collaborative software, also known as groupware, is application software that integrates work on a single project by several concurrent users at separated workstations," according to the Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collaborative_software). And of course there are open-source projects, so take a look and add some value for your business customers while adding revenue. (No one wants to buy and run Microsoft platforms; help them out - outsource managed services).
