Too Little, Too Late, Not Enough Support

Yesterday, "a group of competitive carriers filed an appeal today of the Florida Public Service Commission's approval of the at&t-BST merger. According to the Competition Coalition, the carriers who filed the appeal, the appeal cites the failure of the PSC to hold a hearing on the $67 billion merger. The appellants asked the Florida Supreme Court today to issue an immediate stay of the PSC's merger approval and expedite this appeal. The carriers involved in the appeal include NuVox communications, XO Communications and Xspedius." This last chance appeal doesn't have enough outcry from the public and the rest of the members of the telecommunications community. (That would be you, my reader!)
