AirBand Grabs Broadwing Execs

One of the reasons small businesses can't grow to big businesses is that skills and processes of a small business may not work as a medium sized business. It has to do with scale and scope. AirBand, a WISP in Dallas, has grabbed both the former CEO (Mark Spagnolo) and former COO (John McLeod) of Broadwing. This is a smart move. These guys know how to run a large company. And can probably help AirBand growth. (Or lead to their decline. We'll have to see).
