VZ and FiOS

Well, it seems like, despite statements to the FCC ("Verizon has similarly indicated its intent to enter into commercially reasonable contracts with unaffiliated ISPs for broadband transmission services because it is in its best interest to do so.") from the FCC DSL Forbearance Order, VZ has decided that it will take a different tract in allowing ISPs to sell its FiOS service. Now the ISP can resell VOL FiOS. Boy, isn't that great! If cable companies wanted to take a huge run at the ILECs, all they would have to do is allow the ISPs on their network, and they would have a seriously motivated sles force to unseat the BOC bundling. (Are you listening Brian Roberts or Glenn Britt?)
