Vonage urged to consider sale, float: FT

Vonage is being urged to consider a sale instead of an IPO. After seeing eBay pay $4B for Skype, the bankers at USB & DB are thinking $600M, no way! Let's sell for $1B (the commission is better). On another note, SunRocket (which sells VOIP service for $199 per year) has landed some more VC money and is valued at $34M. SunRocket uses XO as a carrier.
