FCC SCREWS ISPs

At the 11 AM Meeting at the FCC today, the FCC decided that there will be 1 year left for DSL, then ILECs do not have to offer DSL as a stand-alone service. No more Computer Inquiry responsibilities for ILECs. Wireline Broadband is Information Services. ILECs still have to contribute to USF for 270 days at same level as now. .... I would like to point out that Abernathy is an arrogant idiot, complaining that the Brand-X case was a waste of time. She thinks that she is oh so right.
