BELLSOUTH PETITION FOR PRICING FLEXIBILITY

On March 17, 2005, BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. filed a petition for pricing flexibility for switched access services pursuant to sections 1.774 and 69.701 et seq. of the Commission's rules. 1 In its petition, BellSouth states that it meets the criteria necessary to obtain Phase I pricing flexibility relief in 34 Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs) and two (2) non- MSA areas. 2 Released: 03/21/2005.
