What do your customers want?

Do you know? Have you asked them?

It probably isn't any of the techno-babble. It's probably not even that gizmo. More likely, they want what you want:

more business, more clients, more customers, more time, less headache, talented employees

So when you talk to them, talk about that stuff, not the techno-babble.
