Customer Referrals

Are you spending any time on customer satisfaction?

Are you speaking with your best 10 customers monthly?

Are you bringing them leads? That is the best way to show value. It shows that you are thinking about them. Referring business is a great way to be recognized AND a good way to get referrals yourself. (BNI is a lead referral exchange. You have to give to get.)

TWT has a customer referral page. TWT pays $100 per closed deal. Not bad. What is your system like? How easy is it to use?
