Verizon has basically shut down its ISP Division, the sales department that allows ISP's to resell VZ broadband. Today, it sent word that after 5 years, the Fiber Traffic Aggregation Service (FTAS) from Verizon Internet Services Inc. (the resale of FiOS) due to insufficient market demand.
That's kind of funny because it's tough to resell a service that you buy almost at retail. Wonder what the VZ ISP's will do now.
