Naked DSL

Qwest offers it. Even VZ. Ma Bell was required to offer Naked DSL by year's end. Just like the $10 DSL offer - not many can find it. As per usual with the whole SBC org, every time merger concessions were made, they were flimsy and for the most part unenforcable by the FCC, whose Chairman doesn't want to enforce them anyway.
