Almost 3 years since I started this blog (June 4, 2004). Over 1500 posts later. Now there are 3 blogs: this one for NSP's, one about sales & marketing at Marketing Idea Guy, and the one at Phone+ mag for telecom agents.
I have tried to hit on ways to add value to your customers and stop fighting the price war. (It is better to have fewer clients giving you more ARPU).
Now we come to yet one more mountain in telecom - CALEA. Follow along closely because it is one bumpy ride :) (Even more so than the Mega-Mergers and the Forebearance petitions).
