More P2P Traffic

Well, you didn't like all the P2P and Bittorrent traffic before. Now there will be more:

Joost (pronounced "juiced"), the free IPTV service launched by the same crew of wizards who crafted Skype, this morning announced its commercial launch - replete with a cast of 32 big-name advertisers and content from such top-tier sources as CNN and Sony Pictures. [source: TelecomWeb]

One more way to give YouTube a run for its money. According to Killer App, YouTube and iTunes contribute to about half the bandwidth usage by consumers. This will certainly keep sysadmins up at night.
