Hard Drive Failure

Apparently that 1% failure rate of Hard drives is not real world. It can be as high as 13% and most likely 3%. Google did a study, quoted in the article. Why should you care? Because HDD failure means back-up and retrieval is VERY important. But back-up has to be automatic for most people to use it. Many people lose thier address books, phone numbers (from cell phones), pictures and important documents. Help them save it. Lots of ways to do that - and make it easy for your customer to actually use it.
