BellSouth DS1 and DS3 Discounts

FCC MSA discounting for HiCAP & MegaLink DS1 & LightGate DS3 -- As a part of the Merger Conditions (MC6) mandated by the FCC, DS1 HiCap and LightGate DS3 customers located in areas designated as Full Relief MSAs (FCC Section 23 tariff only) will receive temporary discounting (new Section 23.5.2.9) matching FCC Section 7 rates until June 30 2010. These discounts will affect customers with existing contracts as well as customers who sign new LOEs during the discount period. Special language has been added to the LOEs explaining the discount timeline and advising that on 6/30/2010 rates will revert to Section 23.5.2.27 regardless of the contract expiration date.
