Open Source Gaining Ground?

Everything I have read and seen (even at ISPCON) says that open-source is making it's way into the SMB market. This article in Processor mag says that "The current open-source impact on the SME market is minimal." But it is due to perception, support and ease-of-use. As Microsoft rolls out Vista and Office 2007, the complexity of these systems will allow a big opportunity for managed service sales and outsourcing. But it is also an opportunity to put in open-source if you can support it and sell it, not as open, but as a legitimate, inexpensive alternative that will drive productivity.
