Yahoo & AOL Email

As many of you may be aware, AOL and Yahoo are going to start charging a postage fee of sorts for email. I don't know how they will monitor this. I do think it will disrupt normal email. What about my mom and her friends with the joke email list of 50 people. Is that bulk? Will that cost $0.005 per email? Shoudl be interesting to watch. One blogger asks, "Did they build spam filters to pay for traffic to go around them?"
